About importing characters



Importing a character isn't hard...it's just trying to import a character and have it ready to dance that can be very difficult.

From yuusha character importing experience, the only thing we really have to look out for is bone names. If you look at the bone definition lists in the character PP's, you'll find that it references a number of bones.

I don't actually know what they're for, and they have 6 unknown values that are even less obvious. However, I did try renaming some yuusha models and esk, and imported the models but the models looked wrong.

They look fine in the poser, so it is likely that the animations are causing the problem.
It may be easier to just import the head and mod the bodies so you avoid having to work with xa files.

Note that there is no problem adding the other characolle body types to the dancer.
