Adding maps

To add new maps, open the map definition list in the map PP (default is cc00_00_02_##).
You'll find that there are many definition lists as well. You don't need all of them really, and can combine them all together.

You can specify which PP to load the data from. If you want to have multiple lst's, I recommend adding to the last one to avoid index conflicts.

Make sure that each map has its own unique index (not sure if it matters, but I would do it for consistency).

Remember, 00.lst is for the dancer, 01.lst is for the poser.
